- On-site support for management cases
- Provision of bespoke HR documentation which is tailor made to your specific business needs, such as policies, procedures, contracts of employment, company handbooks, letters, etc including regular reviews/updates to ensure legal compliance
- Specialist support and advice with recruitment and selection processes. This could include job description/person specification writing, vacancy notice writing, shortlisting/interview support, offers of employment, pre-employment, right to work in the UK, health, DBS and reference checks, etc.
- Access to our business partners who offer occupational health, payroll, health and safety, organisational development, pensions and employee management information systems
