Directed by Suzanne Tricker and David Grech, Amica HR began with a head office in Lincoln, providing outsourced HR support to businesses across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. Since then, we’ve grown into a national team of HR experts, with a second office in central London and clients across the UK.

Unlike many larger HR firms, all our experts are in-house. This means, no call centres, no repeating your story to a new person every time. You’ll always speak to the same friendly, experienced team, ready to provide tailored advice when and where you need it.
