Managing performance and development through feedback

  • Understanding the purpose and benefits of giving feedback
  • Models of giving constructive and motivational feedback
  • Upward feedback
    • Recognising when and what to deliver when you feedback upwards
    • Understanding how best to deliver upward feedback

Delegation skills

  • Identifying opportunities for delegation
  • Skills and processes for delegating effectively
