Kindness Matters: Mental Health Awareness Week 2020
Next week marks the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week and we're very excited to announce how Amica HR are getting involved.
In our own team, we've all felt our fair share of growing pains while we adapt to the new normal during the COVID-19 outbreak, and that's partly why we think this years theme of kindness is so important.
We have a packed week of activities and partnered content to share with you, which we we hope will not only be informative, but also inspire you to take part in some activities in your own team for Mental Health Awareness Week.
